Your billing is completely screwed up.... The descriptions are vague. Regardless of the service, they say "Commercial Pest Control Service". They do not list the address serviced or what kind of service was provided. Your invoices do not reflect the contracts that we have with you. There are multiple accounts for the same "Bill To" location. When I call to speak with your billing department, they have different amounts due than what was sent in the mail. We've received a "Collections Notice" for invoices that have already been paid, etc. Hence, I am not pleased how your accounting department is set up. Maybe you are not set up in a position to work effectively with community association.
