No, not happy, we canceled service last year and because the salespeople did not put it in there notes, the manager decided to charge us 65.00 after they still sent out a technician to spray. I guess since the salesperson called me on my work phone of which I do not check my Messages it was ok to rip me off. I was charged today for services I canceled.
