The only issue that I have is with scheduling at the office level. I have requested several times that the scheduling must take place directly with me (and not by a voicemail). There have been several times that I come home to find the ticket on my door because this request had not been followed. Other than that, I think that the technician is great and is always punctual and attentive to my concerns.
