I have been a customer for the last 12 years getting biannual preventive maintenance. I received a postcard that I was due and called so that the mouse bait traps could be placed.

I wondered why the outside porch was being sprayed when the weather had already turned and there was almost no insect activity but it was only after I looked at the paperwork that I realized that the last service was in July. Hardly biannual! I expect better from you so that service can be scheduled so that it is effective and not just a waste of my money.
