I am very pleased with the service I've received. I had an urgent problem on New Year's day, and received an immediate answer via chat and text. A technician arrived the next day, and did the most thorough job of any pest company...I've used several. I live in a rural area with insects and rodents. My technician will follow up with all of these concerns. After my initial treatment, the technician returned two weeks later. He will continue every 2 weeks until my problem is resolved. I'm thrilled with this service!
