In short, I was impressed. Jose showed up right at the appointment time and he did a thorough inspection around and under the house. I am going to have the house tented and the price quoted seemed more than reasonable. It seems minor, but showing up in clean clothes and a clean truck speaks well for the company. I did not even bother with a second opinion from a competitor.
