Our regular technician, John Holtz, always arrives on the time and date scheduled with a happy disposition and asks his routine questions before he begins his control treatments. The scheduling accomplished by the office staff is professional and flexible, giving us the opportunity to ensure a mutually practical date thereby ensuring we are at home to provide access if needed.
