Your service is terrible and I am close to canceling. You continue to have irresponsible technicians servicing Block Island. I was led to believe that, after the pervious technician was fired, a supervisor was going to take over. I was home the last time a tech came to my house (on 12/22) and spoke with the technician who seemed very perplexed by the details of servicing the island. The service sheet indicates that the service was supposed to happen on 12/7 by a technician named Michael Carello. The service was on 12/22 by a tech named Brian. What is going on?
