The technician does a crappy job and their chemicals are useless. He comes every week and sprays around the kitchen, but that is it. I caught that they weren't spraying anywhere else because I have cameras in my place and noticed he didn't even leave the kitchen area. I've had a roach infestation since day 1 living there that has not dwindled AT ALL. Roaches dance lambada over the sprayed areas. They came and did a "Deep Clean" where I had to remove EVERYTHING from the kitchen cabinets and pantry and leave my pets at a boarding place. Roaches are still partying like it's 1999 in Joe's Apt. I don't even dare invite friends over, because roaches come out of EVERYwhere. I will push for the complex to go with another company or I'll be leaving. I feel bad for the Apt. complex admin because they don't know how bad their service is and they are about to lose a paying customer because I can't live in a place full of roaches.
