Service is okay, however I don't appreciate having to look for a bill. Used to have one in the door if I wasn't home or could pay technician if I saw him. Twice he couldn't leave a bill because it didn't "print", so I waited for a mailed bill which never came & when I finally got one (next service), of course it was Double! Now, the only way I knew he was here, (notified he was coming), was on an email. HAD TO LOOK FOR A BILL THERE TOO. Don't appreciate having to search to pay you, don't remember to do that.
