We have only had the traps installed, but I have tried numerous times to have somoeone contact me to let me know when the traps will be switched and when the foundation barrier will be installed. I have stressed that we would like to be at the residence when the technicians are there. Until the barrier is installed the mice will continue to come inside. Please have someone contact me.
