I am very happy with the service I received! I was told a technician would call 20 minutes before they came to the house. The technician called and said he would be here in 25 minutes and he was! He assessed the situation, and decided what was needed. Within 20 minutes the wasp nest was gone. Roy Steiger did a great job. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. I would recommend Excel pest services and will use them in the future!
