Only comes once every quarter, sprays willy-nilly for about 15 mins, then leaves. But I pay almost $50 a MONTH for their service. If I call for ants or box elders, they come out but say it is not part of my "package" for them to specifically take care of those insects, then they spray more bug spray and leave. If it was not for termites in my yard, I would not have the service. I would love to have them come out every month since I am paying a monthly fee. I would love them to deal with insects when I call, and not tell me I need to pay MORE to deal with a particular insect. I'm not going out to my yard to catalog every insect I could potentially have. They are nice, they do come out when called, I just do not like quarterly service if they're only going to spend 15 mins spraying my house. It should be monthly for the price.
