We have been using Home Paramount for over 15 years. In the last couple of years, coordination between office scheduling and sending out field techs has been bumpy. It has been frustrating that office schedulers have not followed the specific notification procedures that have been in our file for years. The bright spot during the frustration is the customer service and professionalism of Greg, our tech. Greg is knowledgeable and explains what he is doing to combat the types of pests he is treating for. He has excellent customer service skills and is very personable. Greg encourages any questions or concerns and always makes sure everything is answered before he leaves. Greg is the reason we stay with Home Paramount.
