Update. I am on my 4th technician and no AC for over a month. Spent $400 on the first tech who said it was refrigerant. That was wrong. He didn't even check to see if he solved the problem. He just left. Second more experienced tech I'm told says its a compressor. He orders the wrong part. The third tech orders a different compressor and it too is the wrong compressor but Bell Cow didn't tell me in came in. They keep telling me the second compressor has still not arrived. AhS had to tell me the compressor came in and it was the wrong one again. It'll be another 5 days before the part will arrive and it could be the wrong one. Bell Cow doesn't appear to care that because of their incompetence. A family is without AC for over 37 days in 80-90 degree heat. Such incompetence should only be shared on social media to inform others. They could have at least say we have priority when the part arrives. Instead I'm told they don't have that policy. It doesn't require a policy just good customer service. I see others have this same problem with Bell Cow.
