5 stars if you are looking for poor communication, limits on services that do not fit your needs, and technicians that try harder to not do their jobs than if they just did them correctly. I have had more reports of my residents seeing technicians leave without attempting to service their unit than I have had reports of residents having a positive experience with this vendor. The good news is, quite literally any vendor we go with when our contract is over will have better service than Worldwide Pest Control. There are some good employees such as Angie and Carlos, but unfortunately the negative heavily outweighs any positive.
