Premium Termite is quick to schedule appointments and show up on time giving me a 20 minute phone call in advance if when they will be there. They are thorough in their inspection and a few hours later that day I have their report in my email. Their scheduling personnel are friendly and competent. If dry rot or termite remediation is necessary, they are quick to get it done professionally. They have done inspections for me from Long Beach (that had termites) to Tehachapi and they are the company I use repeatedly.
