I have a serious rodent problem in my home. You sent a tech. out to install bait traps in the attic and crawlspace of my house. Then, you do a routine visit for poison distribution months later and don't set an appointment so someone can be home to allow entrance to the home. This means that all of the rodent bait traps inside don't get checked and re-baited because you can't get inside!!

Please call me at 757-303-3727 to set up an appointment to come back to inspect the bait traps and re-bait them. And for future visits you need to make an appointment with us so someone will be here to allow entrance to the home so the inside traps can be inspected and re-bated.
