I was not very pleased to learn that you were using a third-party company for the fumigation. Had I known that I would’ve contracted a third-party company on my own. The hoops that I have to jump through at the last minute to satisfy your contracted company policies were tremendously inconvenient. The fact that I couldn’t negotiate with you directly, cause me a great deal of stress while I was traveling, and I had to get multiple others involved to assist me. I’m sure you folks do well with your monthly scheduled services. However, I would recommend that you let people know that they’re not dealing with your company when they’re doing a few fumigation.
