Long time customer but a bit disappointed this time setting up pest and termites initial visit. When I was scheduling service I was told pest and termites are set up by different side of company. So pest was scheduled while I’m out of town, which is fine as a friend was available to meet service guy. I wanted termites visit/treatment done when I get back as I have questions/concern and wanted to ask technician about. When I called to schedule termites I’m told that treatment/visit was done at same time, of which I wasn’t notified or aware of. I also was not provided documentation of what was done. I usually get one when service is done in my previous home. I had to call and ask proof of what was done. Not happy long time customer. ☹️.
