While it hasn't been 24 hours since I received service, as to date, I am pleased with the service I received from Budget. Amanda was professional and was able to answer my questions. Time will tell if the problem was fully addressed, but I have no reason to believe that I won't be fully satisfied. I don't know how through the technician was because I was not present. I'm rating her average, because I truly do not know. Like I said, if the problem is resolved, then she was through. I was displeased that I did not receive a 30 min arrival notice. This caused me to hurry and feel rushed. I think a 30 day warranty is to short to really know if the problem was fully addressed, so I rated it low.
