We contacted CBJ Pest and Mosquito Control regarding a yellow jacket infestation. During the initial inspection, the technician conducted a brief examination but was unable to locate the source of the problem. As a result, we were not confident that the issue had been thoroughly investigated and were disappointed with the visit.

The company offered a second inspection, which we initially declined because we were dissatisfied with the first appointment. However, since we were still charged for the initial visit and the issue remained unresolved, we later requested a follow-up inspection. Unfortunately, our request was denied.

While others may have had different experiences, we were not satisfied with the service we received and do not feel that our concerns were adequately addressed.
