Mark made several comments which were not the truth.
1. Each bed would get a barrier between each mattress.
2. We have noticed bedbugs the day following treatment.
3. Did not say anything about no warranty on the treatment.
4. Verbally stated a followup inspection would take place 2 to 4 weeks following treatment.
