Mr. Aaron Franklin replaced my water heater. He did a great job: communicated the job clearly, checked in with me when he had to get a part, and was thorough in leaving the work area clean and back together. I especially appreciate his positive attitude and care as this water heater was in my crawl space and had leaked. Aaron had to deal with mud and cramped quarters. I hope you will reward/recognize him in some way.
