Inspector was great and on time. The emails were confusing, all I wanted was a termite letter and I received a couple other emails before I received the one that I needed. It would of been better to combine the termite letter and the inspection report together. Typically the termite letter is 2 pages in Georgia and mine had only one page. The price was very reasonable.
