While I understand there is a strict price list for calls and I ordered a same day removal of a skunk from a window well in my home, the attempt by the two employees proved unsuccessful and the skunk was later removed by a hungry owl instead. Given that, I think the charge of $350 to show up that day was excessive and I would have preferred some flexibility in my charges, given the years (over 10 years) and the amount I have paid to ABC over the years for all the service they have provided.
