I had a pretty severe mouse infestation and called Colonial to help me. Eric showed up promptly and was very friendly, polite and professional. Because my problem was so bad, Eric came back the following week to check on the progress. So far so good! The warranty they give is wonderful! Pricing was competitive so I will be signing up for the yearly service as soon as my 6-month warranty expires. I am also prone to ants in the Springtime so this will be great! Thank you Colonial and Eric of course!!! :)
