I have used this company as a realtor representing sellers in past transactions and was happy & satisfied until this last transaction. I sold my rental property as “For sale by owner”. No real estate representation.The fumigation was delayed about 3 days because the gas company did not turn off the gas as scheduled. Although the new homeowners supposedly mscheduled the turned off for fumigation, no follow up by anyone from the termite company was done. Even if the new homeowners are maybe at fault, a follow up to make sure this was properly ordered can help avoid the delay. Due to this, I am giving a review of 3-.
