I’ve been trying to get a hold of anybody at the office and have left multiple messages and even an email for a call back. It’s been over a month and still no response. They haven’t shown up at my house since September and here I am, still waiting for them to return my call and/or email. This speaks to the level of customer service they provide especially to a loyal customer. Not sure if they went out of business or they simply don’t care.
