Very friendly courteous and professional courteous until the date of 1/13 service. No call, no show for 1pm appt. Called Terminix, was placed on hold forever twice, when I finally spoke to person she said call back if tech didn’t show up by 230. I called back at 240- was told they hadn’t been able to reach technician, then I received call from scheduler stating they could be here in 45 min, which would be around 330. The service was estimated to take 2.5 hrs so I had to reschedule because I had an appointment at 5. I had to request the day off work for this appt so ended up wasting 8 hrs of paid time off. No one was able to explain what happened. I hope the rescheduled visit doesn’t go the same way. It’s a lot of money to spend for this level of service.
