The technician diagnosed the problem effectively; however, we were told it would be 4-6 weeks and around $900 for the blower motor replacement and that they were not covered under warranty. We found another company who order the parts under our warranty, received them the next day, and came out and replaced them the following day in about an hour. They charged $250. Needless to say, besides the diagnosis, we had a terrible experience.
