Used these folks at two properties and will surely use them again if needed.

What is great about A-Academy:

1. They respond quickly; next day is common

2. They offer individual services rather than "full year contract."

3. Their prices are very reasonable (for hornet removal $129 versus $280 plus for all the other companies).

4. The people who show up are clearly experienced and professional;

5. They don't cut corners to get on to the next job before they finish mine;

6. They're neat and clean.

Over the years, we've used them for ants, carpenter ants, mice, and hornets at two different properties. They never had to come back for any of the pests.

So, in summary: quality service, prompt service, offer individualized services in addition to contracts, nice people (I always seem to get John, who's very competent, neat, and clean), and lowest prices around. A+ in my book.
