Generally speaking your service has been good. However, the service last week was a disaster. I spoke to Natale about it and from now on, before you schedule a service, you need to check whether the suggested date and time work for me. No more announcing when you are coming. Second, when I tried to contact you about your unscheduled appoint one week ago today, I ended up talking to a rude "new business" woman who would nothing to cancel the service you scheduled on your end, but not with me. I do not want to be treated as an imposition after eight years as a customer.
