The service person who came out to our home was knowledgable, responsible, and thorough. While I was pleased with the service person, I had expected additional services as part of the agreement and I called ABC to discuss...they sent an additional service person out a week later to provide these services at no cost. I was pleased that they rectified the miscommunication to meet my expectations.
