After a somewhat bumpy start since the Abington office closed, I believe my account is straightened out. It appears that my quarterly service inspection had not been performed since last April, we were never notified that the Abington office was closing. We only found out when we had to put in a call for mice in my kitchen cabinets. When a new to us person arrived he indicated he had never been to my home. He reset traps, but he had to make a second trip to reset the traps in the shed and garage. I did speak with several women in the cape office as well as with Mike, a manager. I was credited with the next inspection services. I am hopeful there will ne no further bumps in the services. We have always had excellent service. I understand glitches can occur during mergers.
