called because I saw roach egg sacks broken open in my cupboards. You said you would send someone out to take care of the problem. (So I thought)He was here all of 30 seconds and re-affirmed that I in fact have roaches, and told me someone would be out after the weekend to take care of the problem. What was this visit all about?
I didn't like the fact that you people had to have someone come out and me I have roaches. I TOLD YOU THAT SO YOU COULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!For me, this visit was uncalled for, a waste time and money,and a hit against my intelligence.
