Before they left after 2 days work, they cleaned up everything!

We worked with Major Pest Control to eliminate the termites in our garage and part of our attic. We also had repair work and preventative borate fogging done. The company worked patiently with us as we make decisions over the details of which treatments to use and timing. Solar equipment in the garage was an obstacle which we had the solar company remove for the heating treatment and then re-installed. They were very accommodating and we were pleased with their service as they were on time and thorough. We hope that the termite problem has been solved, but we bought the three year protection plan for peace of mind.

We are so please with major league. We had confusion from the purchase of the property, delays, changes, lots of repair, and tenting. Everything went well until we realized tenting was tomorrow. Called Eddy at the office, he contacted Paul rescheduled for a meeting the next day. Eddy and Paul took care of everything hit it out of the Park! All the outside and inside treatments & repairs were done. There was a minor glitch with heat treatment to the electrical utility closet, which resulted to some damage to the sprinkler timer unit. That was replaced & works fine...

I was pleased to have chosen Major League for my termite treatment. Daniel, who came to assess my home, was knowledgeable, professional, and very accessible when I had questions about changes and scheduling. Luis and Alex came soon after and worked diligently for 2 days on repairs, painting, and spot treatment. I was impressed with their work ethic, good experience, and how they took great pride in their work. They went over all the details of their efforts, and I was impressed with the quality of the results. It was a pleasure to work with this company. I would use them again in the future.

We highly recommend Major League Pest Control. We have had our annual inspection with Paul L. every year and know that he is always thorough, informative and always brings a smile to his customers.

We are moving and as such, Major League provided the necessary mandatory inspection and report of repairs needed to meet escrow requirements. The repair work was done timely and professionally by Michael, and Monica and Eddie in the office made sure all details and paperwork were handled promptly.

From Dan's inspection and estimate to the finished work, everything was explained and taken care of professionally and well. George did the heat and borate treatments, and Mike did the repairs. I am so surprised I was asked to review your company. After calling directly to set up an estimate and property walk, the exterminator told me the office would call to set up the next appointment. Guess what? The office never called. Plus, the exterminator didn't even walk the entire suite I was having roach issues. He made a several minute assessment and left. Absolutely disappointed! I plan to share my experience with my shopping center neighbors who use your service - hoping I can persuade them to change their service. If they've received anything near the service I received, that won't be hard.
