The technician and his oriented were very nice and professional. However the technician asked to use our bathroom to which i said absolutely- after he left i went to the bathroom and my floors were all muddy and so was the rug in front of the toilet. I was frustrated he did not put his booties on after treating our outside perimeter. There was still snow and it was quite muddy. I do have pictures of the bathroom after he left if you are interested in seeing them.
