No... I was not notified that the service tech was coming to my house.. I also didn’t like the fact that he didn’t change the batteries in my remote.. he said they were fine.. when he left I tested them they were weak so I changed them.. so was my underneath of my house inspected correctly?.. who knows?. No customer service.. from no appointment scheduled and just don know if inspection was done properly as he was only here 15 minutes..
