We started off not the best. I have recommended to remind customers for their service schedule. It will benefit to both parties not to waste their time scheduling service when 1. Customers not home; and 2. Customers are waiting and tech is a no show. I didn't get a confirmation to my appt., so I've called just to confirm except I've been on the phone 3x and waited an hour for a call back. Needless to say, I was about to cancel the whole thing out of frustration. Well, I kept my patience at that point and finally got a call back. The technician was apologetic and kind enough to keep me informed of the times he will arrived. A window between 9-11am is what we scheduled and tech arrived at 11:30am.
