I used Bell Cow through my home warranty. I had a minor plumbing issue that had gone unresolved for months due to the initial vendor's seemingly refusal to complete the job.

My technician Christian A. was awesome. He was very polite and remained professional throughout the entire service call. When he found out what happened with the other vendor, he didn't use that as an opportunity to throw the other guy under the bus, he remained professional and promptly resolved the issue in under an (this is included running to local hardware store to get needed item).
