I bought my house a little over a year ago, to save money I did not have a termite inspection done at time of sale.
This summer I started seeing flying termites in the house. So with the worry of infestation of termites I Yelp'd and found Premium. There reviews where spot on. They did a full inspection and luckily for me they found nothing. The inspector could have easily said I needed tenting or all kinds of work, but he was honest and with true integrity he told me everything was fine, just have another inspection in two years.
I was so happy, I gave him a bag of mango's from our tree.
