We are in our new house 1 year, and the inspection service is really a rip off. The guy, just doing his job spent 10 min at most with a flashlight shining the ceiling edge and floor edge. Then went out side and sprinkled pellets around the foundation. This service cost us $266 and it took 20 min at best. The pellets he put down couldn't have cost more than $20 Next time I will buy the termite pellets and sprinkle myself I understand there isn't much else to do in a 1 year old home but to charge almost $300 is just too much for a 20 min inspection.
