We are in our new house 1 year, and the inspection service is really a rip off. The guy, just doing his job spent 10 min at most with a flashlight shining the ceiling edge and floor edge. Then went out side and sprinkled pellets around the foundation. This service cost us $266 and it took 20 min at best. The pellets he put down couldn't have cost more than $20
Next time I will buy the termite pellets and sprinkle myself
I understand there isn't much else to do in a 1 year old home but to charge almost $300 is just too much for a 20 min inspection.

I called yesterday and spoke to a manager about the guy who came too spray our house for termites not doing his job and was asleep in his truck. He said he had to let his food settle. So I'm not really happy with that service.
