Not at all happy. After a few treatments the man finally pulled out my refrig. And found a colone of bugs. He sprayed with a mist and left. I only had bugs in the kitchen and still have a lot every day and I am clean and rarely cook.

I'm a customer of B&B for 25 years, which is older than the age of the service man that came. I wanted him to start outside first because my phone showed that rain was coming in a half hour. Sure enough, after signing all the paperwork and doing the inside inspection, rain came and he couldn't do the outside. I felt that I knew more about inside termite inspection than he did. He didn't have a flashlight (I gave him mine) or a screwdriver to open the hatchs behind the bathtubs. His going outside to his truck several times made the so-called protective booties all wet, so he wet all my floors. As a 25 year customer, I deserve better service.

I have used B & B Exterminating Co. since my house was built back in 1991. They were the company that the builder chose to pretreat the soil prior to construction and I have maintained my termite bond with them since then. I have always found their technicians to be very curteous, helpful, and professional. They arrive on time and are very respectful of your property. They are very willing to answer questions and make recommendations. They have been in business a very long time and evaluate new products as they are brought to market. I have been very satisfied with the use of the Termadore product to prevent termites. If I see something suspicious, this company is very willing to come and retreat as required. However, since the introduction of Termadore, I have not had occasion to do this. I always maintain my annual inspection in a timely manner.
