Shawn and Orlando came and explained the Terminix procedure in a friendly and comprehensible way and they also examined our property. Caleb came after we accepted the contract, he sprayed where recommended and set the termite traps. He was very knowledgable about his craft and courteous and friendly as well. The Terminix staff we dealt with at our home were a pleasure to work with.
