Rhonda is a good employee - try to keep her. She's the best tech that Home Paramount has ever sent to us. Rhonda usually arrives late, but I take this into consideration when scheduling appointments with her. I do have to say, though, that your office staff stinks. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know when our last service was going to be. Rhonda called me directly which actually works out better, because people at your 800 number and people at your local office stink. To schedule a service on your end but not bother to call me at all is not a good way to do business.
