Technician was polite and professional. He fully understood my attempts to discourage/eliminate the ants. He explained the company's process, and safety. He also explained how to notice the effects of the gel on the ant population-explaining the 2 or 3 surges to expect in the control process. I'm happy with his and the company's treatment.
