I would like to add my appreciation to your technician (Mr. Baker?) for returning to install the exterior vent covers as promised after waiting for months due to lack of inventory and false promises. Even though I experienced some issues with exterior vent installment I would still recommend Home Paramont to others because of the overall customer experience.
