Terrible customer service. I asked after being a customer for years if they would put our subscription account on pause during the interim of me closing on my new house and purchasing another one and they were completely un willing to work with us! So disappointed, considering pest control company"s are very common you would really want to stand out and keep loyal customers happy!!
