I am giving two stars because
I had an appointment for someone to come spray for me after seeing a huge Water bug in my home just after a month after they came and sprayed for the first time. The guy rang my door bell cam and left the porch and house almost immediately after.
I saved the footage, and There was no footage of him spraying around the house either if thats what he was here to do.
But my biggest issue right now is that I was also told I would be notified before being charged after 90 days just so I could pick a date that best works for my budget/ pay period. That was not true. I was charged without anyone contacting me or speaking to me about it. I would like to speak to customer service asap.
